We are planning a winter celebration with great food, great wine and plenty of time to enjoy each other's company. Having you there to share the day with us truly means the world.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Sienna.
Guests are kindly asked to arrive at the venue no later than 3pm for a 3:30pm ceremony. Following the ceremony, canapés and drinks will be served, before dinner and dancing continue into the evening.

We strongly recommend staying locally in the Hunter Valley. We have secured a special discount rate for our guests at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. To access the discounted rate, visit the Rydges website, select your dates and choose 'I have a code.' In the block code field, enter 2601BROOKE and the discounted rates will appear for you to book. Alternatively, you can contact the Rydges Reservations team directly on (02) 4991 0970 and mention our wedding when booking. Rooms are subject to availability and no rooms are being held, so we encourage booking early if you plan to stay overnight.
If Rydges is not quite what you are after, there are plenty of other accommodation options throughout Pokolbin and the surrounding Hunter Valley area, including hotels, resorts and Airbnbs to suit a range of preferences and budgets.

The Sienna is located in the Hunter Valley at 362 Luskintyre Road, Luskintyre.
The venue is approximately:
○ 2.5 hours from Sydney
○ 50 minutes from Newcastle
○ 20 minutes from Maitland
○ 20 minutes from Rydges
There is parking on-site for those wanting to drive.
Please note that taxi and Uber services are limited in the Hunter Valley. If you plan to use either option, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid delays on the day.
To make travel easier for our guests, a shuttle bus will be provided between Rydges Resort Hunter Valley and The Sienna. Pickup and return times will be confirmed closer to the date, and seats will need to be reserved via your RSVP. If you change your mind after sending off your RSVP, please let us know. We encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle service if planning to enjoy the bar!

When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP the 27th of April so we can finalise numbers. Should you forget, we will contact you!
What time should I arrive?
Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 3:00pm for a 3:30pm ceremony.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal. As this is a winter wedding, we recommend dressing warmly for the evening.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Please enjoy the night off!
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence is truly the greatest gift to us. If you do wish to give us something, a wishing well will be available on the day.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes. A shuttle bus will operate between Rydges Resort Hunter Valley and The Sienna. Pick up and return times will be confirmed closer to the date, and seats will nee to be reserved via your RSVP.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is some parking available at The Sienna for those who prefer to drive.
What will the weather be like?
July in the Hunter Valley is typically cool and crisp. While the venue is equipped for winter, we suggest layering up and embracing the season!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Otherwise, the venue is mostly undercover or indoors.
Can I take photos?
We'd love for you to capture memories throughout the day. However, we kindly request that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Please let us know when you RSVP and we'll be sure to share this with the venue.
